Taiwan quarantines 5,000 people after a small cluster of COVID-19 infections were detected at local hospital in Taiyuan, near Taipei city. The government is taken this outbreak extremely serious as it continues to effectively manage the situation in a country that has only seen at total of 890 infections, most of which were imported.
