Zoo officials confirmed that three gorillas in San Diego’s Zoo & Safari Park have test posted for COVID-19. This is the first reported official case of the Coronavirus in primates. Health officials at the Zoo are now studying the conditions of the coughing gorillas. It is not yet known, how dangerous the virus is to gorillas or whether the new vaccine is effective in primates.
