John Hopkins experts today laid out the challenges and realities surrounding the public’s expectation of an effective COVID-19. Fact is, we can be lucky if any vaccine is developed in the next few months or even year that will have an efficacy of at least 50%, not to mention the time it will take for pharmaceutical companies to be approved clinically, manufacture, and distribute a vaccine globally.
